Great blog about tech

If you want to learn new tips about tech, you should give ghacks a look. They post tips on free software, tips on use of software, and ways to get content for free. Free content and software is always a great thing for cash strapped parents of twins. Take a look.

Hello World!

For those of you who have written code, this phrase is familiar. For those of you with twins, you can think back to that special day to when they first arrived. I have opened this site to discuss the following:

Being a father of twins (one boy, one girl). Here, I can discuss what works, what doesn't, my experiences, what it was like to have premmies in the NICU, what it was like to have one in the NICU and one at home, how to live without much sleep, etc. My twins are two, so most of my posts will center around the current situation.

Being a systems engineer. Here I can post good ideas for effective systems engineering to include projects I'm working on in my Enterprise Architecture focus for my engineering management masters. I already have a masters in systems engineering and a bachelors in computer science, so I have plenty to share, there. If you love Office Space or Dilbert, you might enjoy some of my humor.

Being a tech geek married to someone who isn't. 'Nuff said, having a home with best mix of tech, form, and function. If I can't have the bridge of the USS Enterprise NCC 1701-D bridge as my home theater, then what can I have?

Singing. I'm a first tenor, and I would love to share thoughts and ideas I've learned including links to free sheet music, technique, etc.

Fitness. Here, I can share ideas I have on running and other fitness related ideas.

I hope this blog will serve you well in finding what you need.
